Rakuten Canada previously know as eBates.ca is a Canadian rebates website that provides cashback mainly for online shopping.
For online shopping cashbacks, there are often promotional cashback rates on special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas or etc.
The cashback rate can be 12% ~ 15% or even higher.
Payment can be made to Paypal account or in physical cheques but I think using Paypal is more secure.
